I need some good easy to make pasta casserole recipes~ whats your fave?!?

I am a mom of 2, I work on a paper route early morn and am also try ing to find another job for the daytime since they started school. and need some good easy to make pasta like recipes. whether it uses spaghetti noodles, elbow macaroni, or any other noodles i will take any you offer!

I have 2 that kids love ( I cook in a school,and used to cook for a daycare center) The first is Pizza Casserole, you boil one box of any type of pasta(most.,elbows,egg noodles,not stringy pasta though) and you fry up 1 lb. of sausage (Ital. or reg.) drain the sausage and the pasta,mix this together,along with sliced pepperoni (as much as you like) add 2-3 lg. jars of pizza sauce ( I also use spaghetti sauce sometimes instead) mix all of this together in a lg.casserole dish and cover with mozzerella cheese and bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese starts to brown.You can also add some spices when you are mixing it,it depends what your kids like,I usually just put a little salt and pepper and a little garlic powder,onion powder,and Italian Seasoning.
The second is Cheeseburger Casserole This one is very easy:
Brown ground beef,drain.Add Cr. of Mushroom Soup (I use 1 can per 1 lb. of ground beef)and a little bit of milk(to make a creamy consistancy) put this in the bottom of a casserole dish,then prepare 1-2 boxes of mac-n-cheese as per package directions.You then spread this over the top of the hamburger/soup mixture.Then sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese or shredded Velveeta and place in 350 degree oven until heated thoroughly and cheese starts to brown.I also add garlic and onion to the ground beef when I fry it, but again it’s according to your own families tastes.
Sorry if these recipes seem kind of hard to understand,I just do them by memory,so I don’t have actual measurements.But I hope this helps and like I said these are foods that kids love (Pizza and Cheeseburgers!!)
