Need a good recipe for Red skin mashed potatoes?

Should I make the mashed potatoes as I do from regular potatoes? I leaving the skin … but want something a little different … but def. I want to mash! Butter / milk / salt? All the recipes sound delicious! I have a little cheese Cream sour cream … no, but I'm sure I can make something delicious

Red skin potatoes, especially infants, make mashed potatoes very good. But if you can get your hands on a little golden cream potatoes are the best! I can add milk, butter and salt on my mashed potatoes when I'm doing sauce. But if I'm not doing the salsa, like ham or fish or meat loaf, I add the sour cream, cream cheese, sharp cheddar and garlic for this: 8 medium potatoes 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 oz sour cream 2 tablespoons. butter or margarine 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 / 4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Peel, quarter and cook potatoes until fork tender, as usual. Drain and mash coarsely. In a bowl , combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter or margarine, garlic powder and pepper. Beat mixture with electric mixer until August. Add 1 cup cheese cheddar. Pour the mixture into a mold or two quarters or baking pan. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove lid and continue cooking for 15 minutes, so the top is golden brown. This can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated prior to cooking.
