How to succeed on a vegan diet

In a vegan lifestyle, there is a great goal to be successful, but often gets lost in nutritional issues. 10. Follow the diet. If there is one aspect that must not sacrifice is his vegan diet. Cut-The animal products, including dairy products, milk and other products that are tested on animals. Also off the meat like chicken, fish and seafood. The meat is usually contaminated with various hormones, chemicals, bacteria and metals. In addition, meat can also contain saturated fats that can increase the risk of heart disease, cancer, eye problems and other diseases. The mass rearing of farm animals consume large amounts of energy resources such as land, water and play an important role in the destruction the environment.

Raising animals just to satisfy our desires is something cruel. Being vegan is a vote against this inhumanity. The best way to start changing the world is to start with oneself.
